Building A Better Breakfast
What will the breakfast of tomorrow look like? To feed a rapidly growing world, the food system needs to make some (big) changes. We'll look at how this space is currently being innovated and improved upon from three different points of view. And how their unique perspectives and work will be making a difference in the food system for everyone.
We'll take a look from the view of the entrepreneur (Josh Tetrick), the investor (Samir Kaul), and the culinarian (Andrew Zimmern), and the three will be moderated by sustainable food writer, Jane Black (NYT, Washington Post, Slate).
