“Innovator” can be the worst word for a job description in the history of corporate America. This meet up is for those of us who make it their daily mission to innovate in an established company with a huge track record of success, a growing stock price, happy customers, and a very busy and very successful executive team (sound familiar – pretty hard to drive change, right). We welcome also those of you in small companies, startups or early stage product concept development for whom innovation is the definition of your day to day, its how you make your breakfast, it’s how you can sleep at night.

We all want to do something amazing every day, and for those of us in technology or entertainment (or both), innovation is the name of the game. We’ll discuss what works and what simply doesn’t when your charter is to do something truly different, create new products or services, reach and delight new customers, conduct work in groundbreaking ways, but when all of the budget and executive attention is on today’s customers and products (where for the most part it should be). How do you stay sane when your great ideas stay in prototype or worse, on Powerpoint?
