Marketing and branding are central to the live music business today. Promoters look first to marketing strategies when trying to increase ticket sales. Booking agents and agencies are increasingly taking the lead role in collaborating on advancing shows with venues. What form do these efforts take? Michael began working in the music industry in 1998, selling tickets and merchandise for local bands in his CT hometown. He moved to Boston in 2003 and earned a B.S. in Music Industry at Northeastern University. During this time he managed bands in Boston and New York, and received numerous awards while working for Warner/Elektra/Atlantic. He is currently the Talent Buyer for Boston's Brighton Music Hall, the first venue in the city to host Foster the People, Fitz & the Tantrums and other notable break-out acts in it's inaugural year.

Matt comes to C3 Management from Zeitgeist Artist Management, where he spent the past three years managing The Head And The Heart and MS MR, amongst others. This follows 10 years at the RCA Music Group (2000-2010), where he rose to SVP A&R/Marketing and ran the RCA imprint Black Seal. In his decade at RCA MG, Matt signed Pearl Jam, followed by the signing and marketing of Eddie Vedder's Into The Wild soundtrack. Matt also A&R'd and marketed the soundtrack to the Cameron Crowe film Elizabethtown, worked closely on marketing the debut albums from both Maroon 5 and Alicia Keys, and signed a number of developing bands from Say Anything to Cory Chisel and the Wandering Sons.

Prior to joining RCA MG, Matt spent 1995-1999 working for Stone Gossard's Seattle-based Loosegroove Records where he did A&R and managed the marketing and promotion campaigns for the label's roster - including Queens of the Stone Age, a band he signed. In 2000, he also worked for digital music pioneer Atomic Pop.

Matt began his career in music as the Music Director of Western Washington University's college radio station (KUGS/Bellingham) in 1994-1995.

Matt manages MS MR with Louise Latimer/Golden Arm, co-manages The Head And The Heart with Jordan Kurland/Zeitgeist, and heads the management division at C3 as President.

Doug Croy is an agent at The Windish Agency where he represents the live performance career of over 20 artists throughout North America, South America, Australia and Asia. He joined The Windish Agency in 2012 after spending the previous five years at The Agency Group. Prior to this, Doug spent 2005-2006 touring internationally as a Production Assistant. He got his start as a college rep for labels such as Universal Republic and Artemis while working as the Development Director at The University of Kansas' radio station KJHK.

Ardie Farhadieh is The Billions Corporation’s Marketing and Media Manager, overseeing marketing, media and sponsorships for a roster of 200+ artists. He came to Billions from Rethink Music in Boston, a solutions-focused music conference hosted by Berklee College of Music and Midem, where he spent eight months as project manager, overseeing programming, booking, marketing and production of all aspects of the conference. Previously, Farhadieh was an Agency Associate at The Windish Agency. He is a music business graduate, summa cum laude, from Berklee College of Music, and serves as a junior board member for Rock For Kids in Chicago
