Larry Kosson

The Roots Agency

Larry Kosson is the President of the Performing Arts Division at The Roots Agency, a firm known for its dedication to developing the touring careers of exceptional artists. The agency currently represents over thirty clients, including Dave Mason, Stephanie Mills, Jimmy Webb and Southside Johnny & the Asbury Jukes. Larry began his career in presenting as a student employee of the Student Activities Department, and as a director on the College Activities Board, at the Rochester Institute of Technology.
Larry was elected to the Board of Directors of the Association for Performing Arts Presenters in 2008, and currently serves as that organization’s membership chair. He serves on the Board of Directors for Pennsylvania Presenters, and South Arts’ Performing Arts Exchange Advisory Committee. He is also a member of the Recording Academy (GRAMMY Awards). With his partner Tim Drake, Larry received the 2013 NAPAMA Award for Excellence as Agent in the Performing Arts.

Patrick Brogan serves ArtsQuest as Vice President of Performing Arts. Mr. Brogan oversees a team of seven who are collectively responsible for the programming and production of over 1,200 Performing Artists annually in addition to multiple festivals, events, and the presentation of a two-screen first run art cinema. A graduate of the School of Tourism & Hospitality Management at Temple University, Brogan previously served the Philadelphia Film Society as Managing Director of two of the largest film festivals on the East Coast, the Philadelphia Film Festival and the Philadelphia Gay & Lesbian Film Festival. A lifelong percussionist himself, he currently serves as Treasurer on the board of Pennsylvania Presenters. He is a member of PA Presenters, Association of Performing Arts Presenters, and the Lehigh Valley Blues Network.

Michael Blachly, Ph.D., is Director of University of Florida Performing Arts.
Since arriving in Gainesville in 2000 from UCLA Performing Arts, Dr. Blachly has expanded the live performing arts for the heart of Florida community in his position as Director of University of Florida Performing Arts.
Dr. Blachly is responsible for all public performing arts events presented under the auspices of the University of Florida Performing Arts, as well as overseeing fiscal management, marketing, educational residency activities, community outreach, fund development, commissioning, technical production, and facility coordination and scheduling.
Dr. Blachly holds a BA in Speech and Theatre/Psychology from the University of Northern Colorado, an MA in Communication Theory/Sociology, from Washington State University, and a PhD in Educational Psychology/Higher Education Administration from the University of Tennessee.

Bill Bragin

Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts

Bill Bragin is the director of public programs at Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts, where he is responsible for curating the popular Midsummer Night Swing and Lincoln Center Out of Doors festivals held on Lincoln Center’s public plazas each summer. Throughout his career, Bill Bragin has presented a "who’s who" of the music world, from Brazilian, Latin, African and Asian artists to rock, jazz, hip-hop, country, electronic and new music, as well as modern and ethnic dance and spoken word events. He served as director of Joe’s Pub at The Public Theater from 2001 through 2007 where, during that time, he was dubbed by Time Out in 2005 as “New York’s Finest Music Booker.” While at The Public Theater, he presented more than 3,000 concerts, introduced the Joe’s Pub in the Park concert series at the Delacorte Theater in Central Park, developed ongoing contemporary dance and family programming, and initiated the Public's acclaimed new rock musical Passing Strange.
