ATTENTION: You must signup in advance to attend this workshop. You will need to have a valid SXSW badge, and an activated SXsocial account. To reserve your seat, please go here: https://sup.sxsw.com/schedule/IAP26403

Come to this half day workshop to hash out your CX and content strategies in a room full of "drama." Entrepreneur Lauren Fritsch leads participants through Freytag's Pyramid (the famous framework for crafting narrative used in playwriting, movies and novels) and applies it to a cyclical content marketing strategy integrated with CX.

CXpert Victoria Prozan helps participants simplify and clarify their storytelling objectives to connect with customers as they move through the brand experience.

Working with your own products/services, you'll have hands-on time to craft a compelling content strategy based on the emotions you want your customers to feel, integrate it with CX that delivers transformative interactions, and then try out your new approach on your fellow workshoppers.

The goal? To deliver to your customers the ultimate transformation that your product provides, to create an emotional experience at every touch point that compels them to return and to buy, and to deliver with intention on your brand promise and company purpose.

First 90 minutes: intro to the CX and Content Narrative Arc followed by short break

Second 90 minutes: Time to craft your CX and content strategies with prompts and exercises to spark your imagination.

Final 30 minutes: time to share! You'll have a chance to share your work and receive feedback from other participants.

Prerequisites:
- Please come with a project or brand for which you'd like to craft a CX and narrative arc.

What to Bring:
- If you're digital, bring a laptop or ipad. More analog? Bring a notepad and pen or pencil.

Lauren Fritsch

Founder

The Coaching Collective

When Olympic athletes, members of Congress, venture capitalists, and CEOs hit a block, they call Lauren Fritsch.

You may know her as a consultant and coach, but really she's a champion for leaders of (mostly) fast-growing companies who want to expand their businesses with grace and love.

Her work has been spotlighted by ABC, Social Media Week NYC and DC, SXSW, the INC 5000, Let's Talk Live, Design*Sponge, Young House Love, and Katie Couric.

When she's not helping her clients and their teams change the world by doing business, you can find her throwing impromptu solo dance parties, scouring vintage stores around the world for items both sequined and sparkly, leading retreats through sun salutations, and designing organic perfume, motivational posters, and/or impeccable CX.
