The UX of Real Time Site Personalization
Dynamic Web Environments, (a term I dubbed last year) are websites that change and mold much like how responsive websites mold to a device, but this time to a users needs. The trick is to change the website to deliver content before the user knows what they are looking for.
It’s often easy to predict marketing trends around user interactions. This is not enough; we need to push ourselves to the next level.
In this session we will cover specific use cases of real-time site personalization. We will also go over the do's and don'ts of real-time site changes. In addition, I will show the possibilities for the future using the technology we have available to us today.
GPS, Cookies, and devices can help us understand our users, and their intentions better than we think. We leave a lot of information "on the table", and we can be doing so much more. Come to this session to learn how to deliver impactful, intuitive, and personalized websites.
