If you walk into the office of a tech startup, from B2C to B2B businesses, chances are you'll see a room full of men and maybe one or two females. There is a lot of great work being done to promote women in tech, but often these conversations focus on computer science and engineering. While we, of course, want to see more female engineers, this conversation is different. We will focus on the many non-technical roles within tech companies that are still largely populated by men, and how we can change that.
