Jon-Eric brings over 14 years of experience in the fields of user experience research, usability testing, and interaction design. He’s worked both as a senior level consultant and an in-house member of UX design teams. In addition to serving as a principal at Progress, Jon-Eric participates actively in each project – often personally moderating sessions and delivering findings.

Drawing on his academic background in Psychology and Experimental Research Methods, Jon-Eric continually seeks to innovate in research technologies and methodologies. He has recently served as a guest lecturer at the University of Texas at Austin and has delivered talks at Austin-area Lean UX, UXPA and Agile UX special interest groups.
