Elizabeth Jensen

UX/Visual Designer

IBM

Elizabeth Jensen is a User Experience and Visual Designer at IBM. She's worked with designers around the world to create software solutions released in more than 170 countries. She teaches visual design and design development to other IBMers and has helped hire and mentor more than 60 designers in the past year.
Before working at IBM, Elizabeth designed and developed award-winning interactive web graphics and data visualizations published on major news websites including The Washington Post, The Raleigh News & Observer, The Nashville Tennessean, and The Atlanta Journal-Constitution.
Elizabeth graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, majoring in Biology and Multimedia Journalism. She is an avid photographer, trained in jiu-jitsu and aikido, hiked to more than 75 waterfalls, and helped deliver babies as a doula.
