A Core Conversation with Google Glass Explorers
In February of 2013 Google launched the #ifihadglass Google Glass Explorer selection program. For those lucky enough to have been chosen, we are not only the first people to wear Glass, we are the very first to explore and share the real usefulness, joys and challenges of wearable technology. And is our usage, our views and feedback that are shaping the future of this product. But hasn't been all fun and games for Glass users. Before Google Glass was released to the public, facilities ranging from corporate offices to casinos banned the use of Google Glass within their walls, citing legal regulations or privacy concerns. In this core conversation we'll explore how your co-workers, family and world reacted to your technological transformation. Two Glass Explorers, mobile/social marketer Serena Ehrlich and InvisiblePeople.tv founder Mark Horvath will help facilitate this conversation.

Mark Horvath
Founder
Invisible People
Everyone talks about social media's potential to democratize and empower those less fortunate. Mark actually makes that happen. Mark, or @hardlynormal as the Internet knows him, is an internationally recognized activist who tells the story of the countless individuals without a voice -- those living in shelters, motels, tents, alongside streets and under highway bridges. His platform, InvisiblePeople.tv, is one of the most revolutionary and poignant storytelling destinations on the web. Mark's work is extraordinary because he not only helps solve the systemic, scaled problems surrounding homelessness by destroying stereotypes, but he also helps individuals, every day.
