Mindful Productivity in a World of Interruption
We live in a world that interrupts us every five minutes. Those interruptions steal our focus and shift our mindset to accomplishing more rather than on what matters more. And that's a big problem.
These interruptions are happening so frequently that they just become noise. But here's the thing. Technology, social media and the Internet can do one of two things: distract us or attract us to what we really want out of life. Through this world of interruption, a new age of mindfulness -- married with proper use of systems and technology -- is on the horizon. Instead of productivity being at the forefront, mindful productivity will take its place.
In this panel the idea of mindful productivity in a world full of interruption is explored through the discussion of tactics, tips, and tools. Technology plays a role in this process, and how it can help (and harm) usher in the era of mindful productivity.
