Whether it's the integration of Google Glass into your daily routine or the sleek elegance of the Pebble e-ink watch, technology is transitioning beyond simply being useful. Say hello to the era of technology as fashion. From inconspicuous bracelets which keep track of your fitness levels to clothing that can display your most recent Twitter status, the question is no longer whether users will accept this integrated technology, but where does the line between fashion, usability and taste fall?

Billie Whitehouse is the designer of FUNDAWEAR. Fundawear was the catalyst to Billie founding the company WE:EX [Wearable Experiments]. As director and designer Billie is invigorating the fashion industry and transforming it into a business focused on improving the quality of our lives. Billie was brought up in the design industry, working from the early age of 16 at Australia’s leading tertiary design school, Whitehouse Institute of Design, Australia. Billie has been recognised for her work on FUNDAWEAR, with the campaign receiving a Silver Lion at Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity. Billie is an aesthetic specialist with a naturally inquisitive nature towards technology and innovation. As a garment engineer she strongly believes people should not have to look like the technology that they have grown to love and depend on. Billie’s designs are sharp, experimental, naturally confident and subtly feminine in appearance integrating the latest technology. Design principals of colour, line, shape, proportion, tone, silhouette and texture are being brought to the wearable technology industry by Billie Whitehouse.

Jay has had his nose hard to grind stone of new advertising for nearly a decade and a half now. He worked at Amnesia Razorfish as Digital Creative Director and helped land the iconic Qantas account in 2012. He looked after Sony, BT Financial, Sportsgirl, P&O Cruises and the Blackberry Asia Pacific accounts.
Prior to Razorfish he was the National Digital Creative Director of Southern Cross Austereo for 5 years where he was part of the founding digital team that he helped grow from 4 people to over 50 in a few short years. He drove the company's digital creative reputation going on to win MFA, ADMA, ACRA, IAB, and AIMIA awards.
Jay has since moved over to Havas Worldwide (formerly Euro RSCG) and managed to secure a coveted Cannes Lion for the agency after 8 short months on the job. There he overseas digital creative across all accounts and is group head on the Sony and Citroen accounts.

His purpose in founding Rocksauce Studios was to build a team of amazing designers who would make sure every project that comes from our doors is as beautiful & functional as possible. A self-taught designer, Q has worked to build standards and methodologies at companies such as Aristotle Internet, WhisperWire, Inc., HBMG, RMM Online Advertising, Sabre Technologies and Appiction, LLC. Q is an award-winning artist and film maker, graduating Cum Laude from the Savannah College of Art and Design with a BFA in Film & Television. He taps into the film maker mentality of bringing a collaborative & diverse group of talents together to craft projects that work on multiple levels. Q believes the more varied and and creative the team, the more exciting and innovative the solutions.
