Neural Hacking: Programming Happiness

#sxsw #Plasticity

From the company that brought you the provocative presentation about the, “ROI of Happiness” at SXSW Interactive 2013, Plasticity (Formerly, The Smile Epidemic) is back to help companies seek better engagement, productivity and overall success, using data.
We know that development tasks are undertaken through cognitive processing abilities, but affective states (i.e. emotions, moods, and feelings) have a large impact on work-related behaviors, cognitive processing activities, and the productivity of individuals. In other words, our state of happiness affects our performance at work.

Jim Moss, former all-star professional athlete and now Founder and CEO of Plasticity, along with Co-Founder Jennifer Moss, Professor and expert in the field of Digital Media, are here to tell us about the lasting impacts of investing in employee engagement. They will provide audiences the opportunity to learn how they too, can hack their state of happiness in the workplace, and improve overall workplace culture using data.
