Magen Tracy is the Associate Director for Online Marketing and Social Media at Berklee College of Music. She worked previously in marketing and promotions for Live Nation New England, and holds a BA from Brown University, and an MA in Audio Production from Emerson College. She is an active musician in the Boston area, and band coach/keyboard instructor at Girls Rock Boston, a summer program for girls ages 8 to 17 working to empower girls and encourage positive self esteem through music education.

Dan Silver, VP of Creative and Sr. Music Producer, oversees creative operations and marketing at RipTide Music. From running RipTide’s studio to lead client creative liaison for the Advertising, Film, TV, Trailer, and Video Game industries, presenting the best artistic selections and custom productions for their projects. Well-versed in multiple music styles and keeping a tasteful ear to the ground for undiscovered talent at all times, Dan is key to RipTide Music Group’s growing catalog, providing a unique perspective to A&R and the strategic planning and marketing of new artist signings.

As Senior Producer, Dan has co-produced and collaborated on several Epic Hybrid film trailer albums with RipTide composers Cliff Lin, Daniel Lenz, Logan Mader, John Mattox, Kathie Talbot, and more, with recent top level credits including Iron Man 3, Noah, Gravity, Wolverine, World War Z, The Avengers, and many more. In addition, Dan’s own music and sound design can be heard in Trailers for The Wolf Of Wall Street, Star Trek: Into Darkness, Thor: The Dark World, The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo, Pirates Of The Caribbean, Public Enemies, Tropic Thunder, and more – TV shows: Shameless, GLEE, Broad City, 90210, Necessary Roughness, Entourage, Parenthood, The Shield, Burn Notice, Hawaii Five-0, CSI: Miami as well as several advertising spots and video games.

Also known as Silver Sessions, Dan produces Rock and Pop albums for independent and established artists. He was recently a credited audio engineer for Amnesty International’s 50th Anniversary Tribute Album “Chimes Of Freedom: The Songs Of Bob Dylan”. Dan also performs with his band Standing Shadows, who’s been featured on iTunes a number of times and recently released recordings with producer Chris Goss at the infamous Rancho de la Luna Studios in Joshua Tree.

As a co-founder of the Quantum Collective, Dan and partners have pioneered a yearly concert during SXSW on the rooftop of Austin’s Whole Foods flagship store. Silver works to curate a special lineup of artists that come from around the world, combining new talent and A-level performers in a culture of new music discovery for all - including The Lumineers & Imagine Dragons, Capitol Cities, ZZ Ward, Rick Springfield, Metro Station, Hey Marseilles, Andrew McMahon, Delta Rae, Pentatonix, He’s My Brother She’s My Sister, Nico Vega, Semi Precious Weapons, Rachael Yamagata, Graffiti 6, and many more...
