Artist related images and contextual information about the artist play a critical role in the products of the future and creating value for musicians. A music industry professional with over two decades of experience working in varied roles within independent and major record labels, internet ventures, and mobile content, he brings a well-rounded perspective to the industry trade association. One of his most important roles is running NARM’s key initiative, digitalmusic.org, which was created to explore and resolve key business issues for music services and application developers. Key topics on the agenda of digitalmusic.org are digital supply chain, metrics, product development, music subscription, apps & games, and metadata.

Maureen Droney, Sr. Exec. Director of The Recording Academy Producers & Engineers Wing, started her music business career at San Francisco’s legendary Automatt Studios. Later, she engineered projects for George Benson, Whitney Houston, John Hiatt, Tower of Power and Santana, among many others. She has taught audio engineering seminars for ABC, CBS, and Deluxe Film Labs, and worked as a general manager for the House of Blues Studios. Vince Bannon, Getty Images, Vice President, Entertainment Partnerships and Development, is responsible for global entertainment business development. Vince is a seasoned music industry veteran. He founded Concert Company Ritual (later sold to Live Nation) and was SVP of Sony Music.
Vince ventured into new digital pastures in the beginning of the new century with start-up image net, later acquired by Getty Images in 2004.

Vince whilst at Getty Images, has played an integral role in the Michael Och’s Archive acquisition, Led Zeppelin Reunion exclusive deal, British Music Experience deal, the acquisition of Pump Audio and the recent Premium Playlist launch on www.gettyimages.com. He has continued to add more catalogues to Getty Images music with the additions of Elias Music, Ah2music and Lady’s Gaga’s managements’s Atom Factory Music.
