Gregory J. Osberg is the CEO and Founder of Revlyst, a revenue catalyst firm dedicated to connecting early stage digital startups with the media industry. With offices in Philadelphia and New York City, Revlyst manages a portfolio of nationwide startups from a variety of technology categories including content management, content monetization, audience development and audience monitization
Prior to launching Revlyst, Osberg was Publisher and CEO of The Philadelphia Inquirer, Daily News and Philly.com. During his extensive publishing career, he also served as President and Worldwide Publisher of Newsweek and Newsweek.com, CEO of Buzzwire and President of CNET. As Worldwide Publisher of Newsweek, he received Adweek's 2005 Executive Team of the Year award along with his Editor.
Osberg currently serves on the Epilepsy Foundation of Eastern PA Board, the Knight Advisory Board and the Advisory Boards of Rumble and tapCLIQ. He graduated for Colorado State University with a BS in Marketing, is a member of the College of Business Global Leadership Council, chairs the CSU Rugby Alumni Board and received the College of Business Distinguished Alumni Award in 2005.

Jesse Gurevich is a financial services veteran, currently spending time on philanthropic efforts. Jesse has spent 16 years in the Alternative Investments industry splitting his time between a hedge fund and financial technology companies.
Currently Jesse has been helping Ocearch.org expand their development efforts. Since 2006, Jesse has been involved with a children’s charity, Most Valuable Kids of Greater NY, that he co-founded.

Rob Malin is a founding member and head of issuer sales for the NASDAQ Private Market (NPM), a joint venture between NASDAQ OMX and SharesPost which enables private companies to efficiently manage equity ownership and facilitate controlled access to liquidity. By delivering greater integrity, efficiency, standardization and liquidity to the private capital markets, NPM will benefit private companies, founders, employees and investors.
From 2007 to 2012, Rob worked at Liquidnet where he led the design and launch of the firm’s Equity Capital Markets (ECM) platform to deliver efficient equity capital execution to corporate issuer, private equity and venture capital clients. As a member of Liquidnet's Corporate Strategy Group, Rob also evaluated and implemented other strategic initiatives and maintained partner and industry relationships.
Prior to joining Liquidnet, Rob completed an earlier tour of duty at NASDAQ including client-facing roles within both Transactions Services and the New Listings team. Rob entered the world of electronic equity trading upon joining Brut ECN in 2003 as head of its institutional sales effort.
Previously, he worked within the corporate debt market for over 10 years, holding positions in investment-grade sales, trading and origination at Barclays Capital, Credit Suisse First Boston, and Lehman Brothers.
Rob earned his MBA from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business and his BA in Government from Dartmouth College.
