She has experience in entrepreneurship and project management. Previously, she worked as MD at Monterrey Tech's Business Incubator.

With a versatile profile, Marcela has worked in private industry for companies such as Cemex and Naranya; the academic sector for Monterrey Tech; and also has collaborated in projects with the public sector, like the Innovation and Technology Transfer Institute of Nuevo Leon and the Economic Development Ministry.

Ulrick has also experience in management consulting where he developed as manager for Bain & Company and A.T.
