This is a session for those like minded folks to come together and talk about what the future holds for the mothers and fathers of today's social good startups, the "old-fashioned" nonprofit organization.

Simply put, David helps people for a living. As a strategy consultant, digital marketer, content strategist, digital engagement pro, nonprofit expert, and campaigns expert David has been living in the Fortune 500 and nonprofit world for over thirteen years. He currently works as a Senior Associate at PwC in Austin, TX where he works with Fortune 500 brands on the customer impact of digital strategy. He is also the author of the "The Future of Nonprofits : Thrive and Innovate in the Digital Age" (Wiley May of 2011) and author of 501derful.org one of the longest running, and most popular blogs for nonprofit technology and media.

He is also the founder and past CEO of Lights. Camera. Help (LCH). LCH is the world's first nonprofit focused on cause driven and nonprofit filmmaking. He now serves as the VP of it's board. He is also a past president of the Social Media Club of Austin.

A much in demand speaker, lecturer, and trainer, David has spoken at places like TEDx, SXSW (6x), The University of Texas, St. Edward's University, Texas State University, Social Media Club, Social Media Breakfast, The Association of Fundraising Professionals, Social Media for Federal Government Conference, Planned Practical Giving Conference to NTEN's national technology conference and multiple appearances at the Texas Nonprofit Summit. He has presented about management consulting, innovation, nonprofits, and social media at some of the leading industry conferences.
