“Good business leaders create a vision, articulate the vision, passionately own the vision, and relentlessly drive it to completion.” - Jack Welch

“Vision without action is a dream. Action without vision is simply passing the time. Action with Vision is making a positive difference.” - Joel Barker

According to thought leaders like Simon Sinek, defining your 'WHY' is what separates successful, innovative companies from the status quo. This two and a half hour long workshop takes this theory and combines it with the psychology of creativity, giving participants the opportunity to create a foundation for their business by discovering their personal and professional 'manifesto' in pictures.

Most people either don’t have an understanding of the values and passions that drive their business or have a vague, maybe even boring, mission statement that doesn’t accurately communicate what they are about.

In this session, led by a licensed art therapist and success mindset coach, each individual will create a Vision Board: a poster-sized, multimedia representation of your ideas and plans for the future that becomes a tool for self-discovery and business branding.

This exercise is designed to have participants discover and crystallize, through the creative process, their business mission. Participants will also gain skill in visual thinking, understanding the neuroscience behind how it works, and develop new skills to assist them in being more productive in all aspects of their lives by tapping into 'right brain' thinking.

Each participant will:
*Learn the neuroscience behind visual thinking and its importance in setting and achieving goals
*Create a Business Vision Board: a collaged poster-sized projection of dreams and goals that is yours to keep as an intention driver toward the manifestation of your ideas into what you really want.
*Discover the passions and values that drive your business and begin to create a simple brand statement that communicates to your clients what you and your business are about.

Prerequisites:
- No prerequisites. This is a workshop designed for the self-employed, entrepreneurs, and business owners in any phase of their career. Geared toward the artistic and “non-artistic” alike, this workshop does not require any previous art experience. Participants should dress for comfort.

What to Bring:
- Please bring paper and pen for note taking.
- All materials for vision boarding will be provided, however feel free to bring your own magazines or photos.
