Silent Diane is an electronic duo forged out of Christine Aprile and Malcolm Elijah's angular and warped pop sensibilities. The group uses analog synthesizers, electro acoustic elements, moody movements, pulsing drum machines, and sultry and soulful female vocals from Christine Aprile to achieve a wide variety of sounds. Influences are drawn from multiple genres and eras including minimal synth, Chicago house, electro-exotica film scores, kraut rock, new age compositions, disco, and drone. They are currently recording their first full length album.
