Crowdsourcing Case Study - Phil X & Evil Robot
Guitarist Phil X started demoing vintage guitars for Fretted Americana in 2008 using a little 1950's Magnatone Tonemaster accordion amplifier. Pretty soon the viewers of those demo videos started making more comments about the sound of the amp than about the guitar he was playing. One thing led to another and the Evil Robot amplifier was born. Hear about the role that crowd demand played in the creation of this product.
