Wendy Mackinnon Keith CEO & Founder Digital Retail Apps

Wendy is focused on transforming the in-store experience through in-aisle consumer-led mobile payments and contextual item suggestions. DRA’s SelfPay allows shoppers to scan items in-aisle, pay for their purchase on their device, view product information and reviews, share their delight with their social network and leave the store while completely bypassing the checkout line. SelfPay is the result of Wendy’s prior experience in international management consulting understanding consumer behaviour, segmentation and the shopper journey. Much of her previous work at The Mac Group/Gemini Consulting, Chicago Strategy Associates and The Transitions Group was with Fortune 100 companies including IBM, Ameritech, Nokia and Safeway. Digital Retail Apps was founded in late 2011 to address many of the problems retailers face with consumer engagement and a highly fragmented in-store shopping and payments landscape.
