Dante Harper Writer/Director Cult Status Films

Dante W Harper started out directing the cult indie classic "The Delicate Art of the Rifle," and worked as an independent producer and editor before his second CLC Films project "Dreamland," a film based on the life of Tim McVeigh, was accepted to the Sundance Screenwriter's and Director's lab. Since becoming a full time screenwriter in 2006 Dante has worked as a studio feature writer, including "The Immortalist" for Bennett Miller, Isaac Asimov's "Foundation" for Roland Emmerich, and the graphic novel adaptation "Black Hole" for David Fincher, while still developing several independent and spec projects.

His most recent spec, "All You Need is Kill," sold to Warner Brothers in one of the largest sales of 2010, was the top ranked action script on "The Black List", and is currently in pre-production with Doug Liman directing. He is currently working on Ridley Scott's "Forever War," and on an adaptation of Jacques Becker's "Touchez Pas Au Grisbi."
