Mentor session signup is open to all Film, Gold and Platinum badge holders on a first-come, first-served basis. Registrants who signed up online must check-in 30 minutes before your mentor time slot to guarantee your spot. Limited on-site signup is also available for a small number of mentor sessions spots and will begin 30 minutes before the first time slot of each session.

CULLEN CONLY serves as the Manager of the Sundance Institute Feature Film Program, where he is involved in outreach, selection and project support for the Screenwriters Labs, Directors Labs and the New Frontier Story Labs. Prior to Sundance Institute, he worked in development and production at Paramount Vantage, and began his film career in the mailroom at William Morris. He is based in Los Angeles.

Matt Bolish Ops/Convergence Coord Film Society of Lincoln Center

As the special projects coordinator at the Film Society of Lincoln Center, Matt Bolish has oversight of the organization’s immersive media program Convergence. In that role, he has built partnerships and collaborations with a diverse field of non-profit organizations, indie creators, and for-profit enterprises. Dedicated to elevating the discussion of immersive storytelling as an art form and using the associated tools to educate and entertain, Bolish is the co-curator of a two-day side-bar of the prestigious New York Film Festival that focused exclusively on transmedia storytellers.

Before joining the Film Society Bolish served as a film festival programming and operations consultant for FestWorks Consulting. While at Festworks he established the Anaheim New Media Expo featuring 30 independent new media projects from web series to interactive films and non-traditional documentaries. He has worked with AFI FEST, Feel Good Film Festival, Los Angeles Greek Film Festival, and the Dallas International Film Festival.

Michael A Behrens Consultant Producer San Francisco State University

Michael A. Behrens is a business consultant and indie film producer. He is currently in postproduction on the documentary film 780 Frederick and is in preproduction on the short film Jaime's Car. He is consulting for San Francisco State University Cinema Department's business startup Narrative Track Venture that explores the nature and origin of rumors and for Emergency USA as they develop their distribution strategy and outreach campaign around the Oscar nominated short documentary Open Heart (2012). He also consults for Global Heart Network in the area of strategic planning and communications. He formerly ran the San Francisco Film Society’s Professional Development Program. Behrens is an award winning artist, nonprofit business consultant, and film producer with 18 years’ of experience. His clients have included Paramount, Disney, Volkswagen, Fox, Burger King, National Theatre of Finland, Oregon Shakespeare Festival and many others. Recently he helped produce Jeff Rosenblum’s first documentary The Naked Brand (2012) for the Questus Agency (Ad Agency of the Year 2011). Previous award-wining films Michael has produced: My Garbage My Neighborhood (2011), Kunjo (2010) and Climate Change (2009).

Michael holds a Master of Nonprofit Administration from the University of San Francisco and has lectured at Saint Mary's College, California Art Institute, The National Acting School of Finland, Illinois State University, Chinese University of Hong Kong, Zhu Hai University and others. He was awarded the Rex Rabold Fellowship, USF Merritt Scholarship, and has received grants from the National Endowment for the Arts, US State Department and the People’s Republic of China. Since 2008 he has raised millions for nonprofits and individuals.

Teresa Hollingsworth Sr Program Dir South Arts

As Senior Program Director for South Arts in Atlanta, Georgia, Teresa directs the Traditional Arts and Film/Media Programs. She directs the Southern Circuit Tour of Independent Filmmakers working closely with filmmakers and partner communities to present new documentaries, narrative, animated and experimental films throughout the South. She is currently serving as the film programmer for Caravanserai, A Place Where Cultures Meet, a national project funded by the Doris Duke Foundation for Islamic Arts that presents contemporary Muslim films and filmmakers to midsize communities. Teresa is a seasoned film festival veteran who annually attends national and regional film festival to identify filmmakers for Southern Circuit. She has contributed to a number of media projects, educational publications and scholarly journals, curated museum exhibits, and served as a project consultant, lecturer, festival stage manager and grant panelist.
