Derek Flanzraich is an entrepreneur on a mission to make everyone a “greatist,” someone who simply makes better choices for their fitness, health, and happiness. He is the founder & ceo of Greatist, a social health & fitness startup working to make healthy living cool. Greatist is currently the fastest-growing site in the space, with nearly 3 million uniques users per month.

Flanzraich was previously with Clicker.com (acquired by CBS) and NBC Universal's Digital Entertainment Strategy & Operations, graduated from Harvard in 2010, and has been building brands and organizations that last since his dog-walking business at 10 years old. Jason Calacanis CEO/Founder Mahalo.com

Jason McCabe Calacanis is the founder and CEO of Mahalo.com, an educational app company. He also co-founded This Week In, an online TV network where he hosts the network's flagship show, "This Week in Startups." Calacanis previously founded the Silicon Alley Reporter (sold to Dow Jones) and Weblogs, Inc., which created Engadget, Autoblog and Joystiq. AOL acquired Weblogs, Inc. in 2005, and Weblogs became the cornerstone of its content strategy. An active angel investor, Calacanis has invested in 25+ startups, including Uber, GDGT, Rapportive (acquired by LinkedIn) and Gowalla (acquired by Facebook). Most recently he founded the LAUNCH Festival, after three years of creating and hosting TechCrunch50. The event has featured 300+ startups launching in front of thousands of industry leaders. Alumni include Yammer, Mint, Dropbox, Fitbit and Room 77.

Veer Gidwaney CEO & Co-Founder Maxwell Health

Veer Gidwaney is Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder at Maxwell Health. Named one of Maclean’s Magazine ‘Top 25 Under 30,’ Veer is a proven entrepreneur and innovator whose energy and intelligence have long been devoted to solving the problems of our time. Veer co-founded and served as CEO of DailyFeats, the popular mobile app that motivates and rewards members to improve their health and well-being.

Prior to co-founding DailyFeats, Veer was Director and Co-Founder of Humanity Calls, a fundraising tournament website designed to bring together non-profits, companies and individuals focused on addressing global causes. In 2010, Humanity Calls, in partnership with eBay, ran a successful tournament for the environment that resulted in donations to dozens of top non-profits.

In the midst of completing his degree in business at the University of Western Ontario, Veer also co-founded and served as CEO of Control-F1. An industry leader in Support Automation, Control-F1 served more than 100 customers worldwide, had 50 employees, and raised more than $13 million in venture capital. In December of 2005, Control-F1 was acquired by CA, one of the world's largest software companies, exceeding $4 billion in sales. Veer went on to serve as head of sales for one of CA's North American business units with more than $75 million in annual revenue , and later served as Executive Advisor to the EVP of Technology and Products.

Veer was also a Director and a primary investor of Neurosilicon, a life science company focused on advancing healthcare research through enabling rapid, non-invasive, targeted depolarization of excitable cells using the company's novel photoconductive stimulation technology.

Recognizing his success, E&Y named him a finalist for Entrepreneur of the Year Award in 2002. Veer lives in New York City with his wife Nina and their children, son Vayav and daughter Naiya.
