Constantina
Playing since 2003, the independent band Constantina has a solid history in creating instrumental post-rock music minimalist and delicate aesthetics, composed of intelligent guitars with subtle electronic interference. Recorded at La Petite Chambre independent label in August 2011, Constantina plays at concerts a repertoire based on their fourth album, Haveno. Word taken from the universal language Esperanto, Haveno means harbor. It refers both to the place of calm after storms as well as the outlet for new directions, new paths, new possibilities. The concert concept also includes visual projections, produced by graphic artist Bruno Nunes, programmed by André Veloso, which intensively dialogues with the group's musical language and with the album's concept. They also play instruments made from unusual materials that are distributed to the audience during the show.
