Gregg Brockway is the EVP and General Manager of TripIt, the leading mobile travel organizer that makes it easy for millions of travelers to organize and share trips, no matter where they book. Gregg is also a co-founder of TripIt, and led the company to acquisition by global travel and expense leader Concur® in 2011.
As an online travel industry veteran, former co-founder of discount online travel company Hotwire (acquired by Expedia for $680 million) and former president of Expedia’s luxury travel company Classic Vacations, Inc., Gregg knows the ins and outs travel and technology.
Prior to his work in the online travel industry, Gregg was a director at the private equity firm Hellman & Friedman and worked in the merchant banking group at Morgan Stanley & Company. He received his MBA from Harvard Business School.
Gregg was named one of the “25 Most Influential Executives of the Business Travel Industry for 2010” and has spoken at numerous industry conferences on the topics of technology, travel, e-commerce and revenue management.
