ADRIAN QUESADA is a two time grammy nominated musician/composer/producer based in Austin, TX. As a musician he is best known as co-founder of the bands Grupo Fantasma, Brownout and Ocote Soul Sounds. He has also worked with such artists as Prince, Thievery Corporation, Daniel Jonhston and Chicago. As a composer he has worked on two award winning documentaries, 2008 SXSW Audience Award Winner "Inside the Circle" and the 2009 PBS documentary "The Least of These" and his music has also been featured on such TV shows as Entourage, The Real World and Breaking Bad. He was recently one of twenty musicians in the world nominated for the prestigious Rolex Mentor and Protege Arts Initiative to be protege to the legendary Brian Eno.
DESSA WANDER is a rapper, an essayist, and a proud member of Doomtree--Minneapolis' ascendant hip hop collective. Her most recent album, A Badly Broken Code, was enthusiastically received by NPR, the Chicago Tribune, and URB. After her last North American tour, the Utne Reader called her “a one-woman powerhouse.”
As a founding member of the mega-group AEROSMITH and as one of rock's true icons, JOEY KRAMER has combined emotional feel with technical virtuosity to convey the musical ideas of his band mates while evolving into one of rock's greatest drummers. Joey's work with AEROSMITH--14 studio albums--has resulted in an array of accolades and honors. Key milestones over the past 40 years include: album sales exceeding 150 million copies, induction in Rock & Roll Hall of Fame in 2001, 4 Grammy Awards, 12 MTV Video Awards, 2 People's Choice Awards, 6 Billboard Music Awards, 8 American Music Awards, 23 Boston Music Awards, and an Academy Award nomination for Best Song, "I Don't Want to Miss a Thing." Additionally, he has released his first book, a rock n roll memoir, "Hit Hard- A Story of Hitting Rock Bottom at the Top", which has received critical praise.
MILES ZUNIGA is a Grammy nominated recording artist and songwriter. He started Fastball in 1994 with Tony Scalzo and Joey Shuffield. The trio had a smash hit with "The Way" in 1998. Miles has written several songs with other artists including Spoon and the Dandy Warhols.
