Alex King is an original contributing developer to the WordPress Open Source project. He has created dozens of free WordPress plugins and themes and a handful of commercial WordPress products. In 2004 and 2005, Alex ran the the first two design competitions for WordPress which helped the project grow significantly in adoption and popularity. He is the founder of Crowd Favorite, a pre-eminent WordPress consulting and development firm in Denver, Colorado.
Brandon is the site editor for Webdesigntuts+ and a top selling WordPress theme author at ThemeForest. He's been designing websites for over 10 years with clients ranging from big Fortune 500 companies to small independent businesses. He also recently co-authored the book, Build Your Own Wicked WordPress Themes, where he discusses how to design a WP theme with the intention of releasing it to the public.
Shane Pearlman manages 20-40+ distributed independent contractors on projects for some of the world largest brands including eBay, SAP & MTV. He personally leads teams in UX, UI, Web + Mobile. He is a Freelance Evangelist & the founder of Freelance Camp. Shane is active in the Gov 2.0 movement and works with cities on optimizing workflow and technology. He is a WordPress & Redmine contributor and when he is away from the computer is a surfer & a daddy.
