Logan, a spirited ten year old girl, anticipates finally spending a special day with her mother. The mother, widowed early in life, tries to impart significant aspects of her deceased husband's life onto their one and only daughter. Logan dutifully memorializes her father but finds herself conflicted at the end of the day.

Julie Gould realized as a teenager, film's power to provoke. She began freelancing in Texas soon after. This is her Independent Director and Writer debut.
This is Daniel Laabs' second film to screen at SxSW, but his first in competition. Currently he works as the Narratives Curator for the Dallas Videofest.
