Steven Clarke

Steven Clarke joined Ceres in 2018 and leads Ceres’ corporate climate and clean energy leadership initiatives including decarbonization work. Ceres operates across the six industrial sectors that represent more than 80% of the world's emissions. Prior to Ceres, Steven served as Assistant Secretary for Energy in Massachusetts, Chair of the Energy Facilities Siting Board, Director of wind energy development, and worked in the Governor’s Office. Steven has Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees from Columbia University and enjoys hiking, backpacking, running, cycling, and bird watching.
