Richard Bennett

Richard is a senior technology executive with over 25 years’ experience in EMEA and US
leadership, managing Advisory & Professional Services, Customer Success Consulting and
Pre-Sales Engineering for global vendors and integrators.
Based in the UK, he has led complex customer-facing teams for software vendors such as
OutSystems and VMware, delivered market-changing communications tools as Avaya’s
EMEA CTO, as well as creating ground-up consulting practices and CIO engagements for
organizations such as;, Cisco, Accenture, F5 and Lehman Brothers. He has a proven
background leading customer-facing technology groups who are focused upon application
adoption, cloud integration and industry-aligned innovation.
In addition to a wide array of executive engagements, he has an extensive background in
establishing customers’ digital transformation and product roadmaps for; Artificial
Intelligence & Neural Networks, Telecoms, Customer Experience and Modern Apps
He regularly helps organisations build teams who can better execute “business technology”
solutions by broadening their capabilities and commercial competencies within their go-to-
market.
Coupled with the delivery of international industry keynotes, analyst advisory and press
engagements, Richard has concurrently delivered several non-executive roles for innovation
start-ups the world over, advising on business strategy, technology imperatives and as a
Fellow of the Customer Experience Foundation, authored keynotes such as “Innovation at
the Speed of Business” and “The Myths of Artificial Intelligence”
