Polina Zvyagina

Polina Zvyagina is the Global AI Policy & Governance Director at Meta, advising product teams on AI best practices and specializes in AI Governance, AI Transparency & Explainability and Generative AI. She focuses on aligning industry best practices, and working with regulators and policymakers to help them better understand Meta’s AI vision, including AI benefits, its risks and product and research mitigations. Polina has been in tech for 10 years. She has worked at Apple, Uber and Airbnb as an attorney specializing in privacy and product development. Prior to tech, she worked as an educator and an investigator of police misconduct.
