Jennifer Hanley

Jennifer Hanley is Vice President, International Government Relations for L3Harris Technologies. In this role, she formulates and oversees execution of strategies to extend L3Harris’ business and represents L3Harris’ interests to relevant congressional, executive branch, and international government entities and industry organizations. Before joining Harris, Hanley served as a foreign affairs officer for the U.S. Department of State where she was responsible for developing and executing nearly $1 billion in annual government funding to develop counter-terrorism capabilities for key foreign partners. Hanley has political science bachelor’s degree from the University of Rochester and public administration master’s degree from Syracuse University.
