Elisabeth "Liz" Gomis

As the Head of Prefiguration at MansA, Liz initiated a pivotal dialogue in 2017 by joining President Macron’s Council for Africa. Her journey led her to work on Africa2020, a national project propelled by African visionaries, allowing the French audiences to « see the world through an African lens ». Liz also founded OFF TO mag, a revue celebrating African changemakers and launched CREATION AFRICA, the first forum for African Creative Industries. Powered by MansA, it successfully convened over 300 African key figures, showcasing the dynamic tapestry of African creativity and innovation. In 2023, Liz was honored “Chevalière de l’Ordre des Arts et des Lettres” recognizing her relentless advocacy for African perspectives within the global cultural dialogue.
