Ying Mcguire

Ms. McGuire is the first Asian American Pacific Islander (AAPI) to lead NMSDC. With over 20 years of leadership in both corporate and non-profit sectors, she has significantly impacted diversity spending and global business development. At Dell, she boosted the diversity spend from $640M to $3B in three years. Later, as part of NMSDC's Certified Minority Business Enterprise, Technology Integration Group, she expanded its global reach. Her civic contributions include roles as a non-profit leader, economic empowerment advocate, and policy advisor, culminating in her 2016 appointment to the United States Investment Advisory Council by the Secretary of Commerce.
