Elisa Graceffo

As Microsoft's General Manager of Worldwide Learning Technical Content, Elisa leads the team building curriculum and credentials that help people and organizations around the world learn and validate their technical AI and cloud computing skills - including how to leverage all the amazing AI and Copilot technology becoming available from Microsoft. Throughout her 20-year Microsoft career, Elisa has led a number of content development and product management teams focused on helping people adopt and use Microsoft technologies. She earned her MBA from The Wharton School and her BA from the University of Notre Dame. She's passionate about helping people improve the way they get work done using Microsoft technology, and about helping people advance their careers.
