Jeroen van den Hoven

Jeroen van den Hoven is University Professor Ethics and Technology at Delft University of Technology and scientific director of Delft Digital Ethics Centre www.tudelft.nl/digitalethics. He is Founding Editor in Chief of Ethics and Information Technology (Springer Nature). He is permanent member of the European Group on Ethics in Science and New Technologies to the President of the European Commission. He also serves as a permanent member of the High-Level Expert Group of the WHO on Ethics and AI. He published widely on Ethics of Digital Technology, e.g. Information Technology and Moral Philosophy (Cambridge University Press), Designing in Ethics (Cambridge University Press) and Evil Online (Wiley).
