Stephen Jones

Stephen Jones is an Owner and the Chief Operating Officer of the Dallas Cowboys Football Club. For more than 35 years, he has established himself as one of the most successful and versatile executives in professional sports, while also serving as the Cowboys Executive Vice President/Player Personnel and President of AT&T Stadium. Jones oversees the management operations for all aspects of the Dallas Cowboys team and business areas and AT&T Stadium, including overseeing the team’s scouting and player personnel department. He is active in the recruitment and management of all major events that come to AT&T Stadium, as well as The Star in Frisco, the Cowboys World Headquarters and training complex.
