Lt Col John Tekell

Col John P. Tekell, is the Agility Prime Branch Chief, AFWERX, AFRL Pentagon, Washington D.C. Col Tekell is responsible for the cost, schedule, and performance of this unique rapid acquisition program by partnering and investing in private industry that is building a domestic ecosystem for a revolutionary emerging market in eVTOL aircraft. Col Tekell began his career with the Air Force in 2007 at the Air Vehicles Directorate at Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio. After completing his masters degree with a focus on aerodynamics and air weapons, he started a path in flight test on the B-52, B-2, and F-35. Col Tekell is a graduate of the U.S. Air Force Test Pilot School and Air Command and Staff College.
