Luc Briard
Luc Briard's career spans education, cultural diplomacy, and international cooperation. He started in education, later led the French Cultural Center in Gaza, and served as a Cultural Attaché in Rabat. In 2006, he transitioned to international cooperation and became 1st Counselor in Baghdad. Luc's roles at the Foreign Affairs Ministry included HR leadership. In 2015, he became Deputy Chief in Dakar and joined the Foreign Affairs Counselors' Corps in 2019. He also served as a Diplomatic Advisor in Hauts-de-France until 2022. In September 2022, he became a project manager within the Directorate General for Globalization, focusing on African world/new Africa policy.
