Jena McGregor

Jena has written extensively about workforce and business topics for more than two decades, currently serving as a senior editor at Forbes leading its coverage of the future of work. She also leads Forbes’ annual Future of Work Summit, a gathering of chief people officers, founders and workplace experts to share insights and spark ideas about the changing nature of work. She joined Forbes in October of 2021 after more than a decade writing for the Washington Post, where she covered issues ranging from the intersection of business and policy to pandemic-era shifts in the workplace, as well as executive leadership changes, corporate governance and DEI issues. Earlier in her career, she worked as a writer and editor at BusinessWeek, Fast Company and SmartMoney magazines.
