Bo Young Lee

Bo Young Lee is a globally recognized human capital, DEI, and ESG executive, currently serving as President of AnitaB.org Advisory and Chief Impact Officer. Prior to joining AnitaB.org, Bo served as Uber Technologies’ first Chief Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Officer where she was tasked to lead the total transformation of the company’s culture, values, and environment of equity. During her tenure at Uber, Bo was able to achieve and maintain pay equity organically, she increased representation of women and BIPOC to management by double digits, successfully completed a shareholder proposed civil rights audit, and Uber was identified as one of the most Just companies by Just Capital in 2022, and was included in the Bloomberg Gender Equality Index, an investment grade index for the most gender equitable companies.
