Eugene Marder

Eugene is the Associate General Counsel at Twitch, looking after privacy, safety, content moderation, security, and AI/ML issues. Prior to this role, he was Twitch's lead for APAC legal issues, operating from their Singapore office. Before joining Twitch in 2018, Eugene worked at several large law firms, focused primarily on intellectual property litigation for technology companies of all sizes, from seed round start-ups to global enterprises. Eugene received his B.A. from the University of Southern California and his J.D. from Stanford Law School.
