Annissa Omran

Annissa is a podcast producer working across Monkeypaw's scripted and unscripted slate. She's helped build out the company’s audio division and brings a unique perspective on how homegrown IP can service a wider business. As part of the Monkeypaw team, Annissa seeks out projects that are audio forward while capturing the tonal balance of subversion and mischief for which Monkeypaw is known. Prior to joining Monkeypaw, Annissa worked for several years as a freelance screenwriter and project manager for the informational video company Simpleshow where she utilized new media strategies and interactive storytelling to create educational courses. Annissa began her career in physical production and has served as producer and production manager on features and short films, with a focus on genre.
