Eric South

Mr. South currently supports operational energy initiatives at the Naval Surface Warfare Center in Crane, IN, where he collaborates with industry, academia, and warfighting entities across the country. He is currently working to increase industrial domestication of battery supply chains and promoting battery standardization policies. With over 20 years of government service and 15 years of specialized energy engineering, Mr. South has received the 2014 Popular Mechanics Breakthrough Award, and 2016 Edison Award.
