Ken Bernier

COL Ken R. Bernier currently serves as the Military Deputy to the Director of the Ground Vehicle Systems Center in Warren, Michigan. Prior to his arrival in Warren, he served as the Executive Officer to the Director of Rapid Capabilities and Critical Technologies Office. He commissioned in 2001 as a Distinguished Military Graduate in the Armor Corps from the Reserve Officers’ Training Corps at the University of Maine. COL Bernier holds a Master of Strategic Studies degree from the U.S. Army War College, a Master of Engineering in Systems Engineering degree from Steven Institute of Technology, and a Bachelor of Mathematics degree from the University of Maine.
