Dezaray Romanelli

Born and raised in Toronto, Canada. Dezaray Romanelli began her career at only 19 where she spearheaded the “Brand Ambassador” program for Holt Renfrew, Canada’s top luxury department store, which resulted in record-breaking sales growth and national implementation that proudly still exists today.
Following her time at Holt Renfrew, she joined RIMOWA in 2009 to pilot their first directly owned retail location in the Americas. Working her way up from Store Manager to Retail Director, Dezaray developed RIMOWA’s retail blueprint, opening 20+ new stores in the US and Canada, leading up to the LVMH acquisition in 2017.
After being named Managing Director for RIMOWA Americas, Dezaray has since led the team through incredible milestones; Elevating the brand with new product categories, collaborations and aggressive expansion of our DTC network across US, Canada, Mexico and Brazil.
In 2020, Dezaray received the “LVMH IDEAL Award” for her strength in leadership while navigating her team through the covid crisis. Under her leadership, the region has experienced triple digit sales growth and is one of the fastest growing brands within LVMH.
