Rebecca Harned

Rebecca Harned possesses over 20 years working with the fire and emergency services community at the intersection of emerging technology, data science, preparedness, and response policy. Rebecca currently serves as the Advisor on technology and data modernization to the US Fire Administration (USFA) within the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA).

Previously, Rebecca served as the Assistant Executive Director for the International Association of Fire Chiefs (IAFC) where she oversaw programmatic strategy and operations across a diverse portfolio of programs charged with advancing fire service leadership globally. She has also served in various Senior leadership and management capacities within FEMA, the National Alliance for Public Safety GIS (NAPSG) Foundation, and the National Association of State Fire Marshals.
