Kipp Kjeldgaard

Kipp is a serial entrepreneur who has launched successful real estate and finance-related ventures. Focusing recently on revitalizing urban centers, he led the development of a 3-acre site in downtown San Francisco, focused on community programming. In partnership with Mayor London Breed’s economic team, he also orchestrated BloomSF, a week-long series of events and activities designed to draw professionals and tourists back to the City’s downtown. Before that Kipp was a partner in a commercial real estate investment firm that was subsequently acquired. Currently, he serves as the COO of the London-based immersive entertainment company League of Adventure, leading the company’s expansion into the U.S. and bringing innovative immersive experiences to a wider audience.
